We had a lovely experience staying here, perfect for a quiet weekend away in the hunter valley region. Rooms were clean and presentable, cute little front patio area where you could sit and relax for n the sun, had everything you needed. Ziggy the dog needs a mention, having a dog where your staying completed the experience!

Shocking experience. Planning to spend my birthday in the Hunter, I booked what looked like a lovely place. 2 weeks before the day, I get an SMS - not even an email or the courtesy of a phone call - saying that it is a long weekend and I need to either book another night or cancel. Well your system allowed me to book one night, isn't that your issue?! They didn't even try to be accommodating, I told them I had made other plans for the day after and they just canceled me. No follow up, no alternative place to stay, no voucher for a future stay - NOTHING. I got refunded, but now I have no place booked on my birthday. Appalling.
This place is an authentic Bnb. The owners were cooks in a past life. So breakfast is excellent. Really well received and would return the next time in the Hunter Valley
